Best known as the Internet’s “Most Downloaded Woman,” Cindy Margolis is hoping to bring her success to print media with an announcement that she’ll pose nude for Playboy magazine, according to the Associated Press.

Margolis has a wide and varied Hollywood resume, which started with her stint as a model on The Price Is Right model. She has also appeared in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and TV’s annual Lingerie Bowl, served as the national spokeswoman for Resolve: The National Infertility Association (a cause for which she is also writing a book), and, most recently, won Celebrity Cooking Showdown.

After turning down the men’s magazine on former occasions, Margolis told the AP that she finally accepted the magazine’s offer after they called on her 40th birthday. “Thank goodness for Desperate Housewives,” she said. “You’re not dead just because you are married and have children.”

The mother of three found it empowering to pose nude at the age of 40, saying, “In the past it would have been for gratuitous reasons.” But now she’s enjoying the competition with the other, younger models that grace the pages of Playboy: “It will be fun to go up against the 20-year-olds and show them that they don’t have anything on me!” -Full Article
